Return a Rainbow vacuum?

My boyfriend bought one last week, the rainbow vacuum, after a type has come to our house and gave a demonstration of 2-3 hours long, which was supposed to be a glass 45mins. right of the yea heh.

Unfortunately, I think you 're in it for the long distance. These types of businesses have the reference guide and lots of very strict order print that if you don 't know what you' re come in, can really ******* dry.
